Our mission

Give ordinary people an honest, anonymous, AI-moderated community where real health and beauty experiences are shared without paid endorsements, hidden sponsorships, or influencer spin.

The consumer health and beauty space is full of paid reviews, influencer deals, and astroturfed ratings. That makes it hard for ordinary people to know what actually works.

VitalSync exists to give that trust back to the community. We provide an anonymous space where members can share what they tried, what helped, and what didn't — and where brands and creators have to follow the same rules as everyone else. When something is sponsored, it is labeled. When a review is promotional, it is flagged. No exceptions.

Our goal is simple: make it easier for a reader in 2026 to find honest signal in a sea of marketing noise.

Our vision

We want VitalSync to become the world's most trusted place for honest consumer health intelligence — a community where millions of real journeys aggregate into something no ad budget can buy: the truth about what actually works. We believe that kind of signal doesn't just help shoppers make better choices; it pressures brands to build genuinely better products. Our long game is a healthier marketplace, powered by honest community data.

How it works

• Anonymous by default. Members post under a pseudonymous username. We never show your real name, and we never require you to use one.
• Community-driven reviews. Any member can write a review of a product, brand, clinic, or routine. Other members upvote, comment, and add context.
• AI-assisted moderation. Every submission passes through an automated check for spam, harassment, medical misinformation, and undisclosed promotion. Edge cases go to a human review queue.
• FTC-transparent. Sponsored listings, affiliate links, and paid placements are clearly labeled in line with the U.S. FTC Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255). We disclose, every time.
• Open ratings.Aggregate scores are computed from all qualifying reviews. We don't hide negative reviews, and we don't let brands buy higher scores.

Trust & safety

Trust is the only thing this kind of site is worth. A few things we do to protect it:

• Moderation stack. AI-first triage (Anthropic Claude) for obvious violations, with a human reviewer on anything borderline, reported, or high-stakes.
• No doxing, no harassment. Real names, personal identifiers, and targeted attacks are removed and can result in a permanent ban.
• No medical advice. Members share personal experience. VitalSync is not a doctor and does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. For any medical concern, please consult a qualified healthcare provider.
• Reportable everything. Any post, review, or comment can be flagged. Reports go to the moderation queue immediately.
• Transparent money. Sponsored listings, affiliate relationships, and display ads are all disclosed on our disclaimer page.

Who we are

VitalSync is a small, independent team focused on honest consumer health information. We operate intentionally anonymously as a team: we think the work should speak first, and we don't want founder personalities to influence how the community's reviews are weighed.

We're not backed by a pharma company, a supplement brand, or a clinic chain. We're not owned by any of the brands listed on the site. We have no financial incentive to favor any product over any other, and that independence is something we protect.
