anyone else see the tretinoin purge show up in month 2 not month 1?

started tret in feb. month 1 was glassy + smug. month 2 my face has NEW breakouts in places i've never had them. derm says normal, push to 6-8 wks minimum. curious if the late-onset purge is common or if i'm in some weird subset.
